RÖNS

Nestled in the heart of Vorarlberg, Röns is the smallest municipality in the region in terms of area – home to around 300 residents who warmly preserve its rich traditions.

Thanks to its charming location, Röns was settled very early and first appeared in historical records in the Rhaetian Urbar around 830 AD, under the name “Reune.”

Despite its small size, Röns has a vibrant community spirit. Local clubs such as the Funkenzunft (Bonfire Guild), the Fruit and Horticultural Association, the Magnus Choir, and the Volunteer Fire Department contribute greatly to the cultural and social life of the village. Visitors can look forward to experiencing authentic customs, lively events, and the welcoming atmosphere that makes Röns so special.
